摘要:

[目的] 探索张伯礼教授治疗稳定性冠心病的辨治及用药规律。[方法] 收集张伯礼教授门诊初诊诊断为稳定性冠心病病例，建立数据库，采用聚类分析及关联规则分析等方法分析张伯礼教授治疗稳定性冠心病的辨治及用药规律。[结果] 共收集病例70例，证型以气阴两虚血瘀及气虚痰瘀为主；70个处方总用药频次1 143次，共使用中药115种，其中以活血药、补虚药和化痰药运用频次最多；根据不同证型组方用药有一定的变化规律。[结论] 张伯礼教授治疗稳定性冠心病时常谨守病机要素，活用君药；治标用药相对固定，通用队药。但机械且单纯的数据挖掘不能全面体现用药规律，需对方法及结果进行进一步的优化提炼，使结果能真正用于临床。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the differential treatment and medication rules of stable coronary heart disease treated by Professor ZHANG Boli.[Methods] The newly diagnosed stable coronary heart disease cases of Professor ZHANG Boli were collected,and the database was established. The methods of cluster analysis and association rule analysis were used to analyze the differential treatment and medication rules of Professor ZHANG Boli in treating stable coronary heart disease.[Results] A total of 70 cases were collected,and the main syndrome types were deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis,deficiency of qi and phlegm and blood stasis. The total frequency of 70 prescriptions was 1 143 times,and 115 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were used,among which blood-activating drugs,tonics and phlegm-resolving drugs were used most frequently. According to different syndrome types,there is a certain change rule in prescription medication.[Conclusion] Professor ZHANG Boli often observes the pathogenesis elements and uses monarch drugs in treating stable coronary heart disease. Treatment of temporary symptoms is relatively fixed,and team drugs are commonly used. However,mechanical and simple data mining can not fully reflect the law of drug use,so it is necessary to further optimize and refine the methods and results,so that the results can be truly used in clinical practice.Professor ZHANG Boli should guard the pathogenesis when treating stable coronary heart disease. Flexible use of king medicine. The palliative medication is relatively fixed and can be used universally.
