| 刘维教授以阴毒立论，选用地榆甘草汤加减方治疗白塞氏病。阴毒致病，常体现为毒邪伤及阴分。白塞氏病从临床所见，认为毒邪可侵犯太阴、少阴、厥阴经络，尤以太阴脾经受伤为著。地榆甘草汤能入阴解毒，敛疮止溃，对白塞氏病口腔、外阴及肠胃溃疡效果明显，在临床使用中还应依据毒邪的性质和所侵犯的部位随症加减。文章同时对地榆甘草汤治疗白塞氏病的免疫机制加以论述。 |

| Professor LIU Wei proposed her theory by yin toxin and chose modified Diyu Gancao Decoction to treat Behcet's disease. Diyu Gancao Decoction has the function of infiltrating yin and detoxification, suppressing sores and relieving ulcers, which has obvious effects on oral, vulvar and gastrointestinal ulcers due to Behcet's disease. In clinical treatment, there are multiple syndrome types that we can treat and differentiate by analyzing symptoms and signs, such as insufficiency of the spleen with overabundance of dampness, downward flow of damp-heat, deficiency of lung-yin and stomach-yin, excessive toxic heat and interior accumulation of severe pathogenic cold. Moreover, we discussed the Behcet's disease treated with Diyu Gancao Decoction based on previous experimental research. |
