摘要:

张德超老中医诊治慢性病毒性肝炎，提出“血分湿热毒瘀与由脾入肝伤肾”的病机观，“气血并理、脏腑同调、邪正兼治”的治疗观和主方结合辅方的处方观；对于肝炎后肝硬化，提出代偿期、失代偿期分别从“气血痰虚”“气血水虚”的治疗策略与“四宜四不宜”的治疗原则；自拟“垂黄降酶汤”“养肝解毒丸”“复肝散”等验方，均具有较高的理论水平与临床价值。

Abstract:

ZHANG Dechao,an old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,put forward the pathogenesis view of "dampness,heat,toxin and stasis in blood and injury of liver and kidney by spleen",the treatment concept of "qi and blood,zang and fu organs being regulated together,pathogenic and positive factors being treated simultaneously",the prescription concept of combining main prescription with auxiliary prescription in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic viral hepatitis;for posthepatitic cirrhosis,the treatment strategy of "qi,blood,phlegm and deficiency" "qi,blood,water and deficiency" and the treatment principle of "four suitable and four unsuitable" were put forward respectively in the compensatory and decompensated stages;self made "Chuihuang Jiangmei Decoction" "Yanggan Jiedu pill" "Fugan Powder" and other empirical prescriptions. All of them have high theoretical level and clinical value.
