| 贾英杰教授认为，胃癌核心病机是脾胃虚弱，浊毒内蕴，其病位在胃，故治以健脾和胃与黜浊解毒并用为主的“通补法”。通补并用，寓补于通，以通为用，“通”予邪出路，“补”以输送气血周流全身，“通补”以使浊祛正复，临证收获良效。“通补法”是贾教授治疗胃癌的重要思想之一，文章旨在总结贾教授30余载临证活用“通补法”治疗胃癌的经验，予临床医师更多的启发。 |

| Professor JIA Yingjie believes that the core pathogenesis of gastric cancer is weakness of the spleen and stomach,internal accumulation of turbidity and toxicity,and its location is in the stomach. Therefore,the treatment of gastric cancer is "Tongbu Method" which combines reinforcing the spleen and stomach with expelling turbid and detoxifying. The clearing method is combined with the tonifying method. "Clearning Method" gives a way out of turbidity and toxicity,and "Tonifying Method" conveys qi and blood around the body,and "Tongbu Method" helps to clear pathogens and recover the strength of vial qi,thus achieve good results in clinical practice. "Tongbu Method" is one of Professor JIA's important ideas in the treatment of gastric cancer. This paper aims to summarize Professor JIA's experience in treating gastric cancer with "Tongbu Method" in clinical practice for more than 30 years,so as to give more inspiration to clinicians. |
