摘要:

膜性肾病是引起成人肾病综合征常见病理类型之一，分为继发性和特发性。近年来，特发性膜性肾病的发病率呈升高趋势，中医认为其病因病机总属本虚标实，以脾肾亏虚为本，湿热、瘀血、风邪、浊毒为标，虚实夹杂是导致本病缠绵难愈的主要原因。基于此病机特点，中医药治疗显示出良好优势，不仅能有效改善患者临床症状，而且不良反应较小，为临床诊疗提供了思路，值得深入研究。

Abstract:

Membrane nephropathy is one of the common pathological types that cause adult nephrotic syndrome,and is divided into secondary and idiopathic. In recent years,the incidence of idiopathic membranous nephropathy has been increasing. Doctor of traditional Chinese medicine believes that its etiology and pathogenesis are complicated. Spleen and kidney deficiency is the main cause,damp heat,blood stasis,wind evil,and turbid poison are secondary. The complexity of the pathogenesis is the main reason for the difficulty to cure. Based on the characteristics of this pathogenesis,traditional Chinese medicine treatment has shown good advantages. It can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also have less adverse reactions. It provides ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment and is worthy of further research.
