翁维良治疗扩张型心肌病临证验案分析

摘要:

扩张型心肌病发病机制复杂，属于难治性心血管疾病，西医常规治疗方案效果不理想，患者预后不良。翁老师结合多年临床经验，认为其病机以气虚为本，瘀血、水湿为标，治疗多以益气温阳、活血利水为法。文章系统分析了翁老师治疗扩张型心肌病临证验案两则，探讨翁老师治疗本病的辨证思路、治疗原则以及处方用药特点，并归纳总结出核心处方，为中医药治疗本病提供可供参考的治疗方案。从验案的分析归纳中可见翁老师在临床治疗中“审因辨证、三因制宜、用药如用兵”的学术理念，以此更好地传承名老中医学术经验。

Abstract:

The pathogenesis of dilated cardiomyopathy is complex, which is a refractory cardiovascular disease. Conventional Western medicine treatment is not ideal, that patients with poor prognosis. Combined with years of clinical experience, Mr. WENG believes that the pathogenesis is based on qi deficiency, blood stasis and water dampness. The treatment is mainly to invigorate qi and warm yang, promote blood circulation and water. This paper systematically analyzes two cases of Mr. WENG's treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy, which contain the dialectical thinking, therapeutic principles and prescription characteristics of Mr. WENG's treatment of this disease, and summarize the core prescription, to provide a reference treatment plan for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment of this disease. It can be seen from the analysis and induction of the case that Mr. WENG's academic philosophy in clinical treatment is "examining cause and syndrome differentiation, three factors and measures, and using drugs like using military force", in order to inherit the academic experience of famous old TCM doctor.
