[目的] 观察通脉养心丸对阿霉素所致慢性心脏毒性大鼠保护作用。[方法] 建立阿霉素诱导慢性心脏毒性大鼠模型,给予通脉养心丸干预,观察通脉养心丸对阿霉素诱导慢性心脏毒性大鼠的饮食量、日常状态、死亡率、心电图、心脏功能、心脏指数、血清心肌酶检测及心肌组织形态观察。[结果] 与空白对照组相比,模型组及给药组大鼠体质量增长率较低,增长速度慢,死亡率上升,模型组大鼠一般情况较差,但给予通脉养心丸后,大鼠一般情况有所改善。第4周,与空白对照组相比,模型组呼吸频率(RR)间期显著延长、心率显著降低,与模型组相比,给药组RR间期缩短、心率升高。第4周时模型组较空白对照组射血分数(EF)、短轴缩短率(FS)显著降低,左室收缩末期内径(LVIDs)、左室舒张末期内径(LVIDd)显著升高,给药组较模型组FS增高。给药第8周与空白对照组相比模型组EF、FS降低;第10周,与空白对照组相比,模型组EF、FS显著降低,LVIDs显著增高。与空白对照组比较,模型组心脏质量显著降低,差异有统计学意义。给药第4周,与模型组相比,给药组肌酸激酶(CK)水平降低。给药第10周,与空白对照组相比,模型组乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)显著增高,与模型组相比,给药组LDH降低。[结论] 通脉养心丸对阿霉素致慢性心脏毒性大鼠有保护作用。 |

[Objective] To observe the protective effect of Tongmai Yangxin Pills on chronic cardiac toxicity induced by doxorubicin in rats.[Methods] The rats model of chronic cardiac toxicity induced by adriamycin was established. The rats were treated with Tongmai Yangxin Pills to observe the diet, daily status, death rate, electrocardiogram, heart function, heart index, serum myocardial enzyme detection and myocardial tissue morphology.[Results] Compared with the blank control group, the growth rate of body weight of rats in the model group and the administration group was lower, the growth rate was slower, and the mortality rate increased. The general condition of rats in the model group was poor, but the general condition of rats was improved after the administration of Tongmai Yangxin Pills. At the fourth week, compared with the blank control group, the RR interval was significantly prolonged and the heart rate was significantly decreased in the model group. Compared with the model group, the RR interval was shortened and the heart rate was increased in the administration group. At the fourth week, compared with the blank control group, EF and FS in the model group were significantly decreased, while LVIDs and LVIDd were significantly increased, and FS in the administration group was higher than that in the model group. Compared with the blank control group at the eight week, EF and FS in model group decreased. At the tenth week, compared with the blank control group, EF and FS of the model group were significantly decreased, while LVIDs were significantly increased. Compared with the blank control group, the heart weight in the model group was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant. At fourth week, compared with the model group, CK level in the administration group decreased. At the tenth week of administration, compared with the blank control group, LDH in the model group was significantly increased, and compared with the model group, LDH in the administration group was decreased.[Conclusion] Tongmai Yangxin Pills has protective effects on chronic cardiac toxicity induced by doxorubicin in rats. |
