| 中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭具有独特的优势，能够有效改善患者临床症状，提高生存质量，但目前中医药治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效评价主要套用西医的评价体系，侧重于理化指标的变化，无法体现中医药自身的优势特色。现就中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床评价指标应用现状进行综述，以期更好地了解目前中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床评价状况，为建立中医特色的疗效评价体系提供参考。 |

| Traditional Chinese medicine（ＴＣＭ） ｈａｓ unique advantages in the treatment of chronic heart failure（ＣＨＦ），ｗhich can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the quality of life. However，the clinical evaluation of TCM treatment of CHF mainly adopts the evaluation system of Western medicine，focusing on the changes of physical and chemical indicators，which cannot reflect the advantages of TCM. This paper reviews the research progress of clinical evaluation indexes of TCM in the treatment of CHF，in order to better understand the current clinical evaluation of TCM treatment of CHF，and provide reference for the establishment of therapeutic evaluation system of TCM characteristics. |
