基于中医“体阴用阳”理论阐述恶性肿瘤辨治

摘要:

从阳化气与阴成形、癌毒、浊邪等肿瘤相关理论为出发点分析了其阴阳属性，痰、毒、瘀等病理产物停滞凝结为有形之体，其性属阴，但其活跃的增殖特性与富有转移和侵袭的特点其性亦属阳。阴邪潜伏内敛凝滞渐成积阴之体，亢阳破袭流窜在外方为用阳之势。积阴以化阳用，用阳以滋体阴。借助现代医学发展研究成果，通过“取象比类”的方法做出经典与现代理论相联系，在不违背经典原意的前提下，用“体阴用阳”理论解释其具有“潜伏性、隐匿性”与“猛烈性、侵袭性”等双重性质是恰当的。并指出临证治病当立足于注重动态辨治和把握扶正与祛邪两大要点，方可达到治病求本、人瘤共存的阴阳平和之态。

Abstract:

This paper analysed the properties of yin and yang from the related theories of yang transforming qi and yinforming,cancer toxin and turbid pathogen. The pathological products such as phlegm,toxin and blood stasis are stagnant and condensed into a tangible body,and its nature belongs to yin. However,its active proliferative characteristics and characteristics of metastasis and invasion also belong to yang. Yin evil latent,introverted and stagnant gradually become the body of accumulated yin,and the potential of using yang in the outside is the breaking and running of hyperactivity yang. Accumulate yin to turn yang into use,use yang to nourish body yin,with the help of the research results of the development of modern medicine,through the method of "image analogy" to make the connection between classical and modern theory,without violating the original meaning of the classics,it is appropriate to use the theory of "substantial yin and functional yang" to explain its dual properties,such as "latent,hidden" and "violent,aggressive". It is pointed out that the clinical treatment of diseases should be based on paying attention to dynamic differentiation and treatment and grasping the two main points of strengthening righteousness and expelling pathogens in order to achieve the peaceful state of yin and yang with the coexistence of treatment and human tumors.
