| 子宫内膜容受性低是影响胚胎种植的关键因素，成为反复体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）失败的主要原因。导师苏健主任医师在长期临床中发现IVF-ET子宫内膜容受性低患者其病机多以气血亏虚、冲任胞宫失养为本，以肝郁气滞、瘀阻胞脉为标。临床上从肝脾肾论治，提出健脾养血、益脾补肾、疏肝活血之法，与辅助生殖周期基本相符，强调从调经、助孕、安胎3方面论治，在临床中取得较好疗效。 |

| Low endometrial receptivity is a key factor affecting embryo implantation,and it has become the main reason for repeated IVF-ET failures. Professor SU Jian found that the pathogenesis of IVF-ET patients with low endometrial receptivity is mainly based on deficiency of qi and blood and dystrophy of chongren uterus,with liver qi stagnation and blood stasis as the standard. In clinical practice,the methods of invigorating the spleen and nourishing blood,tonifying the spleen and tonifying the kidney,soothing the liver and activating blood circulation are put forward from the perspective of liver,spleen and kidney,which are basically consistent with the assisted reproductive cycle. The treatment is emphasized from the three aspects of regulating menstruation,assisting pregnancy and stabilizing fetus,which has achieved good clinical effect. |
