| 摘要: |
| 香加皮具有通阳利水、宣痹止痛之效，其性温而不热，其效利而不峻。该药于通调中寓祛邪之意，渗利中寓化气之法，为治水饮之和剂，现代多用于治疗水肿、风湿痿痹、心力衰竭诸疾。本文在对香加皮历代本草记载及现代研究成果进行总结的基础上，探析张伯礼教授临证运用香加皮治疗心系、肾系疾病的心得要法，希冀为香加皮的临证应用提供参考。 |

| Periplocae cortex has the effects of activating yang for diuresis and dredging channel blockade and relieving pain,which nature and flavour is wild but not hot,and which efficacy is diuretic but not fierce. The efficacy of diuresis contains the meaning of removing evil,and the method of infiltration includes the way of qi transformation,which is the Chinese herbal drug for the water dampness syndrome. It is often used in the treatment on edema,rheumatism,heart failure and other diseases in modern times. On the basis of summarizing the herbology records of the past dynasties and the modern research results of periplocae cortex,this paper probes into Professor ZHANG Boli's experience of using periplocae cortex in the treatment on heart and kidney diseases,hoping to provide reference for the clinical application of periplocae cortex. |
