从中医整体观谈甲状腺癌的防治

摘要:

中医整体观是中医理论体系的核心，甲状腺癌是目前常见的恶性肿瘤。文章从“形神合一观和天人相应观”“病理互相影响和传变”探甲状腺癌的预防，从中医治疗整体观“祛邪扶正、中西并用、辨证论治、调补阴阳”谈甲状腺癌的治疗。临床应遵循中医理论自身的特点和规律，以中医整体观为指导核心，重视心理因素和自然环境的影响，以中医“治未病”理念为预防思想，以中西医诊治手段为具体措施，将手术作为祛邪的方法，把辨证论治贯穿治疗的始终，以进一步提高对甲状腺癌防治的认识。

Abstract:

The holistic view of Chinese medicine is the core of the theoretical system of Chinese medicine. Thyroid cancer is a common malignant tumor at present. This article explores the prevention of thyroid cancer from "the view of the unity of form and spirit,the correspondence between nature and man" and "pathological interaction and transmission". The treatment of thyroid cancer is discussed from the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine treatment from "eliminating evil and strengthening the body,using both Chinese and Western medicine,treating syndromes based on syndrome differentiation,and regulating yin and yang". Doctors should follow the characteristics and laws of traditional Chinese medicine theory,take the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine as the guiding core,pay attention to the influence of psychological factors and the natural environment,take the concept of "preventive treatment" of traditional Chinese medicine as the preventive thinking,and take Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment methods as specific measures. Surgery,as a method of eliminating pathogens,integrates syndrome differentiation and treatment throughout the treatment,in order to further improve the understanding of the prevention and treatment of thyroid cancer.
