摘要:

[目的] 考察红芪口服液对环磷酰胺诱导的免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响，为其临床用药提供一定实验依据。[方法] 实验选用雄性昆明小鼠，采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺(35 mg/kg)方法复制免疫低下动物模型，设置正常组、模型组、红芪口服液低(5.2 mL/kg)、中(20.8 mL/kg)、高(41.6 mL/kg)剂量组，连续灌胃给药7 d。各组小鼠于末次灌胃24 h后，分离脾脏、胸腺，计算脾脏和胸腺指数；采集外周血液进行血细胞分析；检测脾淋巴细胞增殖能力以及单核-巨噬细胞吞噬能力等指标。[结果] 与正常组比较，模型组小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数、白细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度，以及淋巴细胞增殖能力、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬能力等均显著下降，提示模型小鼠存在免疫低下状态。与模型组比较，红芪口服液不同剂量组脾脏和胸腺指数均不同程度增加，白细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度、淋巴细胞增殖能力、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬能力均有不同程度增加，其中以高剂量组效果最为显著。[结论] 红芪口服液能够增强环磷酰胺诱导的免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能，具有一定保护免疫器官和增强免疫细胞活力的作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Hongqi oral liquid on immune function in immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide,and to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment.[Methods] Male Kunming mice were injected with cyclophosphamide (35 mg/kg) to establish immunosuppressive model. Control group,model group,Hongqi oral liquid low (5.2 mL/kg),middle (20.8 mL/kg) and high (41.6 mL/kg) doses groups were set up,and the mice were given orally for 7 days. After 24 hours later of the last administration,the spleen and thymus were separated and the spleen and thymus indexes were calculated. Peripheral blood was collected for blood cell analysis. The splenic lymphocyte proliferation ability and mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis ability were detected.[Results] Compared with control group,spleen and thymus index,white blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,lymphocyte proliferation ability and mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis ability of model group mice were significantly decreased,suggesting that the model mice had a state of immunosuppression. Compared with model group,spleen and thymus indexes,white blood cell count,hemoglobin concentration,lymphocyte proliferation ability and mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis ability in different doses of Hongqi oral liquid groups were increased to varying degrees,and the effect in high-dose group was the most significant.[Conclusion] Hongqi oral liquid can enhance the immune function of immunosuppressive mice induced by cyclophosphamide,and it can protect immune organs and enhance the activity of immune cells.
