| 高尿酸血症是指血中尿酸超过正常浓度的一种状态。其发病率较高，对人体的危害与高血压病、高血糖、高脂血症相当，临床治疗有一定的局限性。王耀光教授认为高尿酸血症是本虚标实证，以肺脾肾虚为本；以湿热、痰浊、瘀血为标，肺脾肾虚病理产物留滞体内导致的代谢障碍。临床以肺脾肾虚、湿热蕴积证，痰瘀阻滞证，浊毒闭阻证，脾肾虚衰、湿毒弥漫证加以辨证。治疗以补脾肺肾、清利湿热、清热解毒、祛瘀泄浊为主，临床疗效显著，值得推广运用。 |

| Hyperuricemia is a state in which the concentration of uric acid in the blood exceeds the normal concentration. Its incidence is high,and its harm to the body is equal to that of hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia,so there are some limitations in clinical treatment. Professor WANG Yaoguang believes that hyperuricemia is mainly based on deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,and metabolic disorders caused by retention of pathological products of deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney with dampness-heat,turbid phlegm and blood stasis as the standard. Clinical syndrome differentiation is based on the syndrome of deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,accumulation of dampness and heat,stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis,blocking of turbid toxin,deficiency of spleen and kidney and diffuse dampness. The treatment is mainly to tonify spleen,lung and kidney,clear damp-heat,clear heat and detoxification,remove blood stasis and relieve turbid,with remarkable clinical effect,which is worth popularizing. |
