国医大师禤国维应用牡蛎及其药对治疗皮肤病经验

摘要:

牡蛎为临床常用药，具有镇惊安神、平肝潜阳、收敛固涩、软坚散结、质酸止痛等功效。国医大师禤国维认为牡蛎富含多种矿物质，可以治疗各种过敏性皮肤病，并具有“止惊恚怒气”的功效，可改善患者紧张、焦虑的情绪，并可用于色素脱失性皮肤病的治疗。禤教授在临床上灵活应用牡蛎及其药对治疗荨麻疹、白癜风、斑秃等多种皮肤病，常获良效。文章总结禤教授应用牡蛎及其药对治疗多种皮肤病的经验，为各位同道拓宽了中药治疗疾病的思路。

Abstract:

Ostreae Concha is commonly used in clinical medicine. It can not only calming the liver and suppressing yang,softening and resolving hard mass to treat cancerous pain,but also has the effect of converging and astringent. The traditional Chinese medicine master XUAN Guowei holds that Ostreae Concha which is rich in various minerals can be used to treat all kinds of allergic dermatosis,and it also has the effect of relieving the frighten and anger,and can be used for the treatment of pigmented dermatosis. Professor XUAN can make great clinical effect in treating some skin diseases such as urticarial,alopecia areata,vitiligo by using Ostreae Concha and its herbal pairs flexibly. It can provide an example of broadening the traditional Chinese medicine in treating skin diseases for people engaged in the same pursuit.
