摘要:

天津哈氏妇科流派是全国著名中医妇科流派之一，哈孝廉教授为哈氏妇科第四代传承人，其治疗产后缺乳总结前人经验，发展创新，辨证灵活，疗效颇佳。产后缺乳是指哺乳期内，产妇乳汁甚少，或无乳可下者。哈教授认为乳汁资于血化于气，其源在脾，其根在肾，其行在肝。治疗产后缺乳时，强调首辨虚实，虚者宜补而行之，实者宜疏而通之，重气重血，多从脾胃肝肾调理。文章总结了哈教授治疗产后缺乳的临证经验，其中常用经验方，包括补虚下乳汤、哈氏剖宫产催乳方和哈氏顺产催乳方。

Abstract:

Tianjin HA's gynecology is one of the famous traditional Chinese medicine gynecology departments in China. Professor HA Xiaolian is the fourth-generation inheritor of HA's gynecology. He summarized previous experience in treating postpartum hypolacemia,developed innovation,flexible syndrome differentiation,and good curative effect. Postpartum lactation deficiency refers to the lactation period,the maternal milk is very little,or there is no milk to go down. Professor HA Xiaolian believes that milk is derived from blood and qi,its source is in the spleen,its root is in the kidney,and its action is in the liver. In the treatment of postpartum milk deficiency,it is emphasized that the deficiency should be distinguished first,and the deficiency should be replenished,and the real should be sparse and clear,with heavy qi and blood,and recuperation from the spleen,stomach,liver and kidney. This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor HA Xiaolian in the treatment of postpartum milk deficiency,including Buxu Xiaru Decoction,HA's cesarean section lactation prescription and HA's spontaneous lactation prescription.
