| 自《伤寒论》始，在汗牛充栋的中医典籍之中，“血室”一词并不常见。历代医家对“热入血室”之证异说纷纭，大多集中在“冲脉说”“胞宫说”“肝脏说”，三者皆为诠释“热入血室”的不同趋向奠定基础，然都尚存疑虑。随着诠释学理论风发泉涌，通过结合诠释学的研究方法对其进行探讨，分析各种诠释方法对“热入血室”解释的合理性，进一步阐明各类说法均是一种趋于综合的解读，中医经典的诠释需要方法学的反思意识。 |

| Since the Shanghanlun,the word "blood chamber" does not often appear in the numerous traditional Chinese medicine classics. Doctors of all ages have different opinions on the syndrome of "heat entering the blood chamber",mostly focusing on the "chong pulse theory""cell palace theory" and "liver theory",all of which lay the foundation for interpreting the different trends of "heat entering the blood chamber",but there are still doubts. With the development of hermeneutic theory,this paper discusses it in combination with the research methods of hermeneutics,analyzes the rationality of each method's interpretation of "heat entering the blood chamber",and further expounds that all kinds of statements are a comprehensive interpretation,which need the reflective consciousness of methodology. |
