随着计算机断层扫描(CT)影像技术的发展、体检的普及,肺结节的检出率逐年升高,人们对其也越来越重视。肺结节被认为是早期肺癌表现形式之一,目前西医治疗多采用影像随访的方式,过程漫长,易造成患者焦虑情绪,而中医药在临床治疗肺结节具有一定的优势。孙增涛教授根据长期的临床经验,指出“肺阳虚”是肺结节发生发展重要原因。文章通过查阅总结“肺阳虚”“肺结节”的相关文献,对孙增涛教授治疗“肺结节”经验总结,分析探讨他基于“肺阳虚”理论治疗“肺结节”的学术思想,为临床治疗肺结节提供理论依据及诊疗思路。 |

With the development of CT imaging technology and the popularization of physical examination,the detection rate of pulmonary nodules is increasing year by year,and people pay more and more attention to it. Lung nodules are considered as one of the manifestations of early lung cancer. At present,western medicine treatment mostly adopts the way of image follow-up,which is a long process,and easily causes anxiety of patients. However,Chinese medicine has certain advantages in clinical treatment of lung nodules. According to long-term clinical experience,Professor SUN Zengtao pointed out that "lung yang deficiency" played an important role in the occurrence and development of pulmonary nodules. In this paper,by consulting and summarizing the relevant literature of "lung yang deficiency" and "pulmonary nodules",and summarizing Professor SUN Zengtao's experience in treating "pulmonary nodules",the author analyzed and discussed Professor SUN Zengtao's academic thought of treating "pulmonary nodules" based on "lung yang deficiency" theory,and provided theoretical basis and diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of pulmonary nodules. |
