从“脉中积”角度认识冠状动脉粥样硬化

摘要:

冠状动脉内膜的脂质条纹和纤维粥样斑块的局部微观表现与中医“积证”大致相同，因其发病部位在脉道，可归属于“脉中积”范畴。文章从“脉中积”角度认识冠状动脉粥样硬化，阐述了其病理，病因病机，提出了通过先天和后天的调理，以益肾健脾为本，提高人体正气，固护血管内皮，抵御脂质内侵，达到“治病求本”。除涤痰化瘀之外，还强调了软坚散结大法，以抑制斑块发展，逆转斑块结构，延缓动脉粥样硬化进程，为临床治疗提供了新思路。

Abstract:

The local microscopic manifestations of the lipid streaks and atherosclerotic plaques of the coronary artery intima are roughly the same as those of the "accumulation" in traditional Chinese medicine,which can be classified into the category of "pulse accumulation". The article introduces coronary atherosclerosis from the perspective of "pulse accumulation",expounds its pathology,etiology and pathogenesis,and proposes the treatment of that through congenital and acquired conditioning,based on invigorating the kidney and spleen,it can improve the body's righteousness,protect the blood vessels and blood skin,and resist lipid internal invasion,in order to achieve "treatment at the root of disease". In addition to the method of removing phlegm and removing blood stasis,it also emphasizes the method of softening and resolving lumps to inhibit the development of plaque,reverse the plaque structure,and delay the process of atherosclerosis,which provides new ideas for clinical treatment.
