内皮细胞在冠状动脉无复流中的作用和中药保护研究进展 |

摘要: |
经皮冠状动脉介入治疗是治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的最佳再灌注策略,但冠状动脉血管解除狭窄后,部分心脏梗死区的微循环未获得充分的血流灌注,即为无复流现象,可导致急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者心力衰竭并增加病死率。内皮细胞在无复流中扮演了重要角色,是近些年来的研究热点。本文对无复流现象中涉及到的内皮细胞损伤进行探讨,并总结了中药改善内皮细胞损伤和无复流现象的研究进展。 |

Percutaneous coronary intervention is the best reperfusion strategy for acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.However,after coronary artery stenosis has been released,microcirculation to the part of the infarcted tissue is impaired.This phenomenon is termed "no-reflow",and it is a strong predictor of heart failure and increased mortality among ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients.Endothelial cells play an important role in no-reflow and are a research hotspot in recent years.In view of this,injury to cardiac microvascular endothelial cells contributes significantly to myocardial "no-reflow" phenomenon.This article discusses the endothelial cell damage involved in no-reflow and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in improving endothelial cell injury and no-reflow was summarized. |
