“火郁发之”在《伤寒论》中的体现

摘要:

“火郁”作为疾病之机要，能够反映当下的疾病状态，贴近于疾病本质。张仲景根据火邪郁滞在体内的不同阶段和部位，利用汗、散、和、补之法对其进行针对性治疗。此外，在论治过程中还注意把控“发之”的程度，防止“发之”太过，提倡气机得通则止。《伤寒论》熔理论与实践为一炉，具有重要的临床意义与实用价值，推动了“火郁发之”理论的发展。文章从“火郁”的病因病机、临床表现以及“火郁发之”的具体应用3个方面探讨“火郁发之”理论在《伤寒论》中的运用。

Abstract:

Huo Yu can reflect the current disease state and close to the essence of disease as the key of disease. According to the different stages and parts of the fire evil stagnates in the body,ZHANG Zhongjing uses the methods of diaphoresis,dispersing, harmonizing and tonifying to treat it. In the decocting and taking methods of drugs,ZHANG Zhongjing pays particular attention to controlling the degree of "releasing",and advocates that "releasing" should not be used too much,and should stop it when the qi running smoothly. Treatise on Febrile Diseases integrates theory and practice,which has important clinical significance and practical value,and promotes the development of the theory of "Huo Yu Fa Zhi". This paper discusses the application of "Huo Yu Fa Zhi" in Treatise on Febrile Diseases from three aspects which are the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and the specific application of "Huo Yu Fa Zhi".
