基于“因人制宜”及“发物”理论初探慢性肾脏病“辨体论忌”

摘要:
“发物”和“体质”理论源远流长,是中医学理论体系的重要组成部分,对指导疾病调护、配合临床治疗有重要意义。慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者与饮食关系密切,且因疾病所致阴、阳、气、血、津液的虚实盛衰等状态变化,辨证分型既有相通之处又各存差异。故“发物”和“体质”理论应针对CKD患者的不同体质及证型进行“辨体论忌”,才能充分发挥其作用,有效改善患者临床症状及预后。

Abstract:
As an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of "stimulating food" and "constitution" has a long history and is of great significance in guiding disease care and clinical treatment. Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) are closely related to food and drink,while they suffered from the state changes of yin,yang,qi,blood and body fluid. There are similarities and differences in dialectical classification. Therefore,the theory of "stimulating food" and "constitution" should be applied according to the different constitution and syndrome type of CKD patients,so as to relieve the symptoms and prognosis of patients effectively.
