| [目的] 观察理气清热汤治疗肝气犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。[方法] 选取2021年1月—2021年9月在黑龙江中医药科学院进行治疗的肝气犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎患者73例，随机分为治疗组37例和对照组36例。其中对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用理气清热汤，对治疗后的中医证候疗效、临床症状积分、临床疗效积分、生活质量评分和胃镜检查结果进行对照比较。[结果] 治疗组与对照组的总有效率差异无统计学意义，但是愈显率比较，治疗组（73.0%）明显高于对照组（50.0%），差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者的中医症状积分、SF-36量表评分、胃泌素、胃动素及症状和胃镜结果较治疗前均有不同程度改善，并且治疗组的改善程度优于对照组（P<0.05）。[结论] 理气清热汤联合常规西医治疗肝气犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎效果显著，能够显著改善患者的各项临床症状及日常状态，提高患者的日常生活质量，具有良好的临床应用前景。 |

| [Objective] To observe the effect of Liqi Qingre Decoction on bile reflux gastritis of liver qi attacting stomach stype.[Methods] A total of 73 cases of gastric bile reflux gastritis of liver qi attacting stomach type of and treated in Heilongjiang Academy of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to September 2021 were selected,including 37 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine and the treatment group was treated with Liqi Qingre Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes,clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,quality of life and gastroscopy after treatment were compared.[Results] There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group,but the cure rate in the treatment group (73.0%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (50.0%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,TCM symptom score,SF-36 score,gastrin,motilin,symptoms and gastroscopic results in 2 groups were improved to varying degrees,and the improvement degree in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Liqi Qingre Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of bile reflux gastritis liver qi attacting stomach type,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and daily status of patients,and improve the quality of daily life of patients,with a good clinical application prospect. |
