“辨构论治”理论在颈型颈椎病治疗中的应用疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 探究“辨构论治”理论在颈型颈椎病治疗中的应用疗效。[方法] 将80例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为两组，治疗组剔除0例，脱落4例，纳入36例，对照组剔除0例，脱落6例，纳入34例。对照组予以牵引治疗，治疗组在“辨构论治”理论指导下进行颈部调衡法治疗，两组均治疗1个疗程。比较治疗后两组临床疗效，治疗前后两组疼痛评分、生活质量、颈椎功能变化、局部软组织肌张力情况。[结果] 治疗后，治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组疼痛分级指数（PRI）评分、视觉模拟疼痛（VAS）评分、现有疼痛强度（PPI）评分、McGill总分、颈痛量表（NPQ）评分均降低，治疗组均低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组局部软组织张力指数均升高（P<0.05），治疗组高于对照组（P<0.05）。[结论] “辨构论治”理论指导颈型颈椎病的治疗，可提高临床疗效，有效缓解疼痛，提高生活质量，降低局部肌张力，改善颈椎功能，值得推广。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the effect of "differentiation of structure and treatment" in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. [Methods] The 80 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 4 cases disappear and 0 cases were excluded, from the treatment group and 36 cases were included, while 6 cases disappear and 0 cases were excluded from the control group and 34 cases were included. The control group was treated with traction therapy. The treatment group was treated with neck balance adjustment under the guidance of "differentiation of structure and treatment". Both groups were treated for 1 course of treatment. The clinical efficacy, pain score, quality of life, cervical spine functional changes and local soft tissue muscle tone of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. [Results] After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher (P<0.05). The PRI score, VAS score, PPIscore, McGill score and NPQ score of the two groups decreased, and the treatment group were lower(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Guiding the treatment of cervical spondylosis with the thought of "differentiation of structure and treatment", it can improve the clinical efficacy, effectively relieve pain, and improve the quality of life, reduce local muscle tension, improve cervical function, which is worth popularizing.
