柴胡桂枝干姜汤源自《伤寒论》,是柴胡剂六方之一。在前人的基础上,总结出运用此方关键在于把握“肝热脾寒”病机,在临床中将其运用于治疗各种内伤杂病,取得显著疗效。文章介绍临床上如何从“肝热脾寒”运用柴胡桂枝干姜汤的经验,并结合医案进行分析。 |

Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction is derived from Treatise on Febrile Diseases and it's one of the six prescriptions of Bupleurum chinense. On the basis of his predecessors, summed up that the key to using this prescription lied in grasping the pathogenesis of "liver heat and spleen cold" and applied it in the treatment of various internal injury miscellaneous diseases in clinical practice with significant effects. This article introduces experience in using Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction from "liver heat and spleen cold" in clinical practice, and analyzes it in combination with medical records. |
