[目的] 基于高质量临床研究,筛选针刺治疗梨状肌综合征的优势方案。[方法] 检索针刺治疗梨状肌综合征的随机对照试验(RCT),筛选出高质量临床研究,运用多指标决策法,通过加权标准化,计算理想解和负理想解,得出各针刺治疗方案的相对贴切度,选出优势方案。[结果] 共筛选出9项高质量临床研究,其中内热针导热法为针刺治疗梨状肌综合征的优势方案。[结论] 内热针导热法在治疗梨状肌综合征方面具有独特优势。可进一步探究利用内热针导热法针刺阿是穴联合足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经经穴在治疗梨状肌综合征的疗效。在RCT研究设计及报告时应加强随机化隐藏、盲法实施、研究对象撤出或退出等情况的阐述,以提高研究质量。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] Based on high quality clinical research, screening the advantage plan of acupuncture treatment for piriformis syndrome. [Methods] Randomized controlled trials of acupuncture treatment for piriformis syndrome were searched by computer, and high-quality clinical studies were filtered out. Multi-index decision making method was used to evaluate the advantage plan of acupuncture treatment for piriformis syndrome by weighted standardization, calculating ideal and negative ideal solutions to obtain the relative appropriateness successively. [Results] The 9 high-quality clinical studies were screened out. Internal hot needle and heat conduction method was the advantage plan of acupuncture treatment for piriformis syndrome. [Conclusion] Internal heat needle and heat conduction method has unique advantages in treating piriformis syndrome. We can further explore the effect of acupuncture of ashi point combined with foot shaoyang gallbladder meridian and foot taiyang bladder meridian by internal heat needle and heat conduction method in the treatment of piriformis syndrome. In order to improve the quality of studies, we should strengthen the description of randomization hiding, blind implementation, patients dropout in the design and reporting of randomized controlled trials. |
