| [目的] 观察紫榆膏联合锡类散直肠给药治疗热毒炽盛证溃疡性直肠炎的临床疗效。[方法] 将 60 例溃疡性直肠炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组， 每组 30 例， 治疗组给予紫榆膏联合锡类散直肠给药治疗， 对照组给予美沙拉秦栓纳肛治疗， 疗程均为 4 周。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、临床症状评分、炎症指标、直肠镜检查评分及药物不良反应。[结果] 治疗后， 治疗组总有效率为 93.33％， 对照组总有效率为 96.67％， 两组总有效率比较， 差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗组治疗后临床症状评分、炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α、白细胞介素（IL）-8、IL-10、直肠镜检查评分与治疗前比较， 差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）； 治疗组各项指标与对照组比较， 差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）； 与对照组比较， 治疗组不良反应发生率较低， 差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。[结论] 紫榆膏联合锡类散直肠给药治疗溃疡性直肠炎与美沙拉秦栓相比疗效相当， 皆能有效改善患者临床症状， 减轻炎症反应， 但紫榆膏联合锡类散的不良反应发生率较低， 值得在临床上推广应用。 |

| Clinical effect of Ziyu Ointment combined with Xileisan in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis with heat toxin burning syndrome |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Ziyu ointment combined with Xileisan rectal administration in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis with hot toxin burning syndrome. [Methods] Sixty patients with ulcerative proctitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to outpatient order，with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Ziyu Ointment combined with Xileisan for rectal administration，while the control group was given mesalazine suppository for anal treatment，with a course of 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy，clinical symptom score，inflammatory index，proctoscopy score and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. [Results] After treatment，the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 96.67% in the control group. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（P>0.05）. The clinical symptom score，inflammatory index （TNF-α，IL-8，IL-10） and rectal examination score in the treatment group were statistically different from those before treatment（P<0.01），while there was no statistical difference compared with the control group（P>0.05），but the incidence of adverse reactions was lower （P<0.05）. [Conclusion] Rectal administration of Ziyu Ointment combined with Xileisan had similar efficacy in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis as compared with mesalazine suppository，and both of them could effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction. However，the incidence of adverse reactions of Ziyu Ointment combined with Xileisan was lower，so it was worthy of clinical application. |
