《周易》作为中华文化的源头, 对“象”的重视, 促使中国传统思维具有明显的取象性特征。文章首察大过卦所示之卦爻象显, 四阳爻囿于二阴爻之间, 见阳气过剩失调之象, 与中医阳郁证象相应。故以“象”思维为基, 阴阳、五行、气为络, 趋易象诊证象, 循易理阐析、指导医理。总结出: 1)观大过卦象, 合气滞阳郁病机。2)法大过卦象之常变, 领悟颐养须审时、辨证、顺势。3)会大过卦爻阴阳意象, 参调畅气机、透达郁阳为法。4)析大过卦爻义, 寻绎经方四逆散升降阴阳, 调和气血, 以剂于平的易学内涵。以期对中医理论外延与临床辨治思路有所启迪与助益。 |

Analysis on the Application of “Xiang” thinking in the Hexagrams of Zhouyi in the Differentiation and treatment of yang yu in traditional Chinese medicine |

Zhouyi,as the source of Chinese culture,attaches importance to “Xiang”,which makes Chinese traditional thinking have obvious characteristics of taking xiang. The first observation is that the four yang lines are confined between the two yin lines,and the imbalance of the excess of yang qi is corresponding to the syndrome of yang depression in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore,based on the thinking of “Xiang”,taking yin yang,five elements and qi as collaterals,and tending to the signs and symptoms of yi xiang and yi xiang,the author analyzes and guides the medical theories in order to deduce the yang-stagnation syndrome. The following points are summarized,view Daguo hexagram,qi stagnation yang depression mechanism;observe the changes of Daguo hexagram,understanding the need to review the time,syndrome differentiation,homeopathy;the yin and yang images of the hexagrams and lines can be greatly improved,and the method of smoothing qi and penetrating yang yu is adopted;analyze the meaning of the hexagrams and lines,find the yin and yang of Sini Powder,reconcile qi and blood,and learn the connotation of yi with the agent Yu Ping. In order to extend the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical treatment ideas have some enlightenment and help. |
