| 流行病学数据显示恶性肿瘤发病率在中国呈现逐年上升的趋势。“治未病”是中医的基本思想之一，对于恶性肿瘤防治有着重要意义。“黜浊培本”理论是贾英杰教授在恶性肿瘤领域重大的理论创新，将其运用于恶性肿瘤的治疗中屡起沉疴。文章将论述在“治未病”思想指导下运用“黜浊培本”理论，从未病、既病、长生存3个阶段构建整体观念下的中医肿瘤防治模式。 |

| Epidemiological data shows that the incidence of malignant tumors in China is increasing year by year. “Preventive treatment of disease” is one of the basic ideas of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM），which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors. The theory of “Chuzhuo Peiben” is a major theoretical innovation of Professor JIA Yingjie in the field of malignant tumors. This article will discuss the TCM tumor prevention and treatment model under the overall concept of three stages of never-disease，existing-disease，and long-term survival by using the theory of “Chuzhuo Peiben” under the guidance of the idea of “preventive treatment of disease”. |
