基于CiteSpace和Vosviewer知识图谱对中医湿热证基础研究的可视化分析

摘要:

[目的] 应用可视化方法分析2000年1月—2021年12月湿热证的研究现状、热点及趋势，为未来该领域的研究提供借鉴。[方法] 检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方、维普数据库有关湿热证的基础研究相关文献，采用CiteSpace5.8.R1和Vosviewer软件进行可视化分析，并结合图谱内容解释其含义。[结果] 经筛选共纳入湿热证基础研究相关文献360篇。作者合作网络得到以文小敏、惠华英、林培政为核心的主要合作团队图谱。机构网络分布图谱密度（Density=0.008 1）相对较低，主要形成了以南方医科大学中医药学院、湖南中医药大学、广州中医药大学为主的研究机构。通过对湿热证文献的关键词进行分析，发现当前湿热证基础研究的内容主要集中于湿热证动物模型的构建、湿热证型以及中药复方等相关领域。[结论] 从肠道菌群和炎症因子2个方面综合考察中药复方治疗湿热证的疗效，将成为未来湿热证基础研究的热点。

Abstract:

[Objective] Visualization method was used to analyze the research status，hot spots and trends of damp-heat syndrome from January 2000 to December 2021，so as to provide reference for future research in this field. [Methods] Relevant literatures on basic research of damp-heat syndrome were retrieved from CNKI，Wanfang and VIP databases，and CiteSpace5.8.R1 and Vosviewer software were used for visual analysis，and their meanings were explained in combination with the content of the map. [Results] A total of 360 literatures related to the basic research of damp-heat syndrome were included after screening. The author’s cooperation network has obtained a map of the main cooperation teams with Wen Xiaomin，Hui Huaying，and Lin Peizheng as the core. The density of the distribution map of the institutional network（Density=0.008 1） is relatively low，and research institutions are mainly formed by the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southern Medical University，Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine，and Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through the analysis of the key words of the literature on damp-heat syndrome，it is found that the current basic research of damp-heat syndrome in mainly focuses on the establishment of animal models of damp-heat syndrome，the types of damp-heat syndrome，and traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions and other related fields.[Conclusion] A comprehensive investigation of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compounds in the curative effect of damp-heat syndrome from the two aspects of intestinal flora and inflammatory factors will become a hot spot in the basic research on the prevention and treatment of damp-heat syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
