| “四天穴”是用于治疗颈椎病的颈部组穴，经过多年的临床探索与研究，其临床应用范围也在不断拓展。笔者在多年的儿科临床实践中，在中医传统理论以及现代解剖学、现代康复学理论的基础上，充分发挥“四天穴”的穴位特点，探讨其在儿科临床中的新用。文章结合穴名、穴性、经络循行，从中医传统理论的角度阐述了“四天穴”的特殊性，分析了其解剖学特点，整理了“四天穴”目前的临床应用以及在儿科临床中的新用，为传统腧穴在临床拓展应用提供依据与思路。 |

| After years of clinical exploration and research，the scope of clinical application of “Si Tian” Points，a group of cervical points used for the treatment of cervical spondylosis，has been expanding. Based on traditional Chinese medicine theory，modern anatomy and modern rehabilitation theory，the author has explored the new practices of “Si Tian” Points in pediatrics over the years，making full use of their acupoint characteristics. This article combined with acupoint name，acupoint nature and meridian circulation discusses the special characteristics of “Si Tian” Points from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory，analyses their anatomical features，and organizes their current clinical applications and new practices in pediatrics，so as to provide a basis and ideas for expanding the clinical application of traditional acupoints. |
