从“木郁达之”论治复发性口腔溃疡

摘要:

基于《黄帝内经》“木郁达之”理论探讨复发性口腔溃疡的诊治思路，认为本病与肝木疏泄失常导致的脾土运化失职、脏腑功能失调、血湿痰食郁产生有关，形成肝郁脾虚、心肝郁热、少阳火郁、肝肾阴虚、肝郁血瘀、肝郁湿阻、肝郁食积等证候，治当从条达肝木入手，根据病情分别选择培土泄木、清肝养阴、开郁通滞等治法，使肝木得疏，脾运得健，诸郁宣通，气血调和，同时重视患者情志的调摄及自身正气的提高，以达到治养结合的目的。

Abstract:

Discussion on the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent oral ulcers based on the theory of “facilitating the wood stagnation” in Huangdi Neijing. It is believed that the disease is related to the failure of the liver to govern the free flow of qi so that the spleen fails to transport and zangfu dysfunction，causing blood depression，wet depression，phlegm depression，and food depression. It forms the liver hyperactivity with spleen deficiency pattern，fire hyperactivity of the heart and liver pattern，stagnation of sanjiao and gallbladder meridian pattern，yin deficiency of the liver and kidney pattern，liver qi stagnation with blood stasis pattern，liver qi stagnation with dampness obstructing pattern，liver qi stagnation with food stagnation pattern，etc. Treatment should start with soothing the liver，and according to the condition，choose the treatment methods of soothing the liver and tonifying the spleen，nourishing yin，clearing heat from the liver，relieving stagnation，and opening up depression so that the liver can be drained，the spleen can be healthy，all the stagnations can be relieving，qi and blood can be regulated and harmonized. Also，please pay attention to the emotional regulation of patients and the improvement of their immunity to achieve the combination of treatment and care.
