| 抑郁症是一种严重危害人类健康的精神障碍性疾病，在中医中属于“郁证”范畴，其发病机制复杂。目前的抗抑郁药物普遍存在有效率低、成瘾性大、不良反应严重等特点，而中药因其多靶点、多途径以及整体辨证等作用特点对抑郁症的治疗效果尤为显著。基于近5年发表的中药抗抑郁相关文献，对通过多种作用机制抗抑郁的中药进行整理综述，并在前人研究的基础上提出新的机制思路，以期为中药治疗抑郁症提供依据以及研究新方向。 |

| Depression is a kind of mental disorder which seriously endangers human health. And it belongs to the category of “depression syndrome” in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM），and its pathogenesis is complex. At present，antidepressants generally have the characteristics of low effective rate，high addiction and serious adverse reactions，while TCM is particularly significant in the treatment of depression because of its multi-targets，multi-pathways and overall dialectical effects. Based on the antidepressant literature of TCM published in the past 5 years，this paper summarizes the antidepressant TCM through a variety of mechanisms，and puts forward new mechanism ideas on the basis of previous studies. In order to provide clinical application basis and new research direction for the treatment of depression with TCM. |
