浅析“温肾化气”的理论基础及临床应用

摘要:

五藏皆有气化，而肾为气化之根，依靠肾阳的温煦和推动，肾阳不温则肾之气化失司，五藏乃至全身气化失常，如慢性肾脏病的发病，常为气化失司，出现以水肿、小便不利、全身乏力等阴气偏盛的表现，故提出温肾化气法，顺应肾的生理功能，强调温肾与滋肾并举，审证求因、审证求机，补虚与泄实灵活使用，并发展出了温肾通淋、温肾定志、温肾固涩、温肾益精等治法，为丰富温法这一基本治法在临床应用提供新思路。

Abstract:

All the five Tibetan stores have qi-chemistry, and the kidney is the root of qi-chemistry, and the whole body depends on the warmth and promotion of kidney yang. If the kidney yang is not warm, the kidney's qi-transformation will be out of order, and the qi-transformation of the five Tibetans and even the whole body will be out of order. For example, chronic kidney disease often occurs due to the loss of qi transformation, with the manifestation of yin energy such as edema, unfavorable urination and general weakness. There fore, the method of warming the kidney and transforming qi is proposed to comply with the physiological function of the kidney. The method of warming the kidney and transforming qi emphasizes both warming the kidney and nourishing the kidney, and has developed treatments such as warming the kidney to promote drenching, warming the kidney to fix the will, warming the kidney to fix astringency, and warming the kidney to benefit the essence, providing new ideas to enrich the clinical application of the basic treatment method of warming the kidney. In clinical practice, we should examine the cause and the mechanism of the evidence, and use flexibly to nourish the deficiency and drain the reality.
