运用扶阳理论治疗儿童肥胖症之浅议

摘要:

扶阳的理法方药体系在汉代已初步形成，至清代末期郑钦安创立火神派，扶阳发展到一个新的高度，对当代治疗疾病影响巨大。儿童肥胖症是一种慢性代谢性疾病，发病率高，危害性大，结合小儿“脾、肾常不足”的生理特点，及其过食肥甘厚腻、缺乏运动等原因使得脾虚不运，肾阳不化，致使机体阴阳失衡，阳虚阴盛，化为水湿、痰饮等形成膏脂之有形之物，积于皮下，发为肥胖，临床运用扶阳理论治疗本病疗效确切。现试将扶阳治法中的温阳法、温中法及温利法在儿童肥胖症的应用作一阐述，并结合临床验案分析，希望扶阳治法为临床儿科慢性病提供新的思路，以提高临床疗效。

Abstract:

The system of principles, methods and prescriptions for fuyang was initially formed in the Han Dynasty. By the end of the Qing Dynasty, when ZHENG Qin'an founded the Fire God Sect, fuyang had developed to a new height and had a significant impact on contemporary disease treatment. Childhood obesity is a chronic metabolic disease with a high incidence rate and great harm. Combining the physiological characteristics of children with "spleen and kidney deficiency", as well as the reasons such as overeating, being fat, sweet, thick, and greasy, and lack of exercise, it leads to spleen deficiency and kidney yang deficiency, resulting in an imbalance of yin and yang in the body. Yang deficiency and yin excess turn into tangible substances such as water dampness and phlegm, which accumulate under the skin and form obesity. The clinical application of the theory of nourishing yang is effective in treating this disease.The author is now attempting to elaborate on the application of the fuyang method, warming middle method, and warming diuresis method in the treatment of pediatric obesity, and combining them with clinical case analysis, hoping that the warming yang method can provide new ideas for clinical pediatric chronic diseases and improve clinical efficacy.
