| 《津沽中医名家学术要略》是整理研讨津沽中医名家学术特点的医学丛书,该书共四辑,收录了127位津沽中医名家的学术思想及临证经验。对前两辑中11位医家运用小柴胡汤的特点进行探析,其对小柴胡汤功效的认识具有全面性,以和解枢机为核心,重视驱邪扶正、疏利三焦、疏利经气等多重作用;对主治的运用具有多样性,广泛运用于少阳病、病机属枢机不利或出现少阳经循行部位症状的各类疾病中;对方义的理解具有特色性,重视清泄三焦火热作用,同时兼顾对症治疗与扶正和胃,充分体现出整体观念。以此为例进行探讨,可为探索现代津沽中医名家学术特点及其治疗疾病的优势特色提供示范。 |

| Academic Summary of Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Masters in Jingu is a series of medical books to discuss the academic characteristics of famous TCM Masters. The book consists of four volumes,including the academic thoughts and clinical experience of 127 famous TCM Masters in Jingu. By analyzing the characteristics of the 11 doctors using Xiaochaihu Decoction in the first two volumes,it is found that their understanding of the efficacy of Xiaochaihu Decoction is comprehensive,with the reconciliation pivot as the core,and emphasizing the multiple functions of eliminating evils and strengthening the body resistance,dredging the Sanjiao,dredging the channel and so on. Their application of indications has a variety,widely used in Shaoyang disease,pathogenesis of pivot dysfunction or Shaoyang meridian symptoms of various diseases. Their understanding of prescription meaning has characteristics,pay attention to clear the Sanjiao,while taking into account symptomatic treatment,strengthening the body resistance and harmonizing the stomach,fully reflect the overall concept. Taking this as an example can provide a demonstration for exploring the academic characteristics of famous TCM Masters in modern Jingu and their advantages in treating diseases. |
