Abstract: |
Professor NAN Zheng,a master of traditional Chinese medicine, proposed that the core pathogenesis of diabetes renal failure is toxic damage to kidney collateral and the accumulation of pathogenic factors in the membrane. He believed that the poison of diabetes renal failure is complicated, wind, water, wet, phlegm, blood stasis are lead in the kidney, which can accumulate and change poison. However stasis poison, the most extensive, trial poison cure stasis, when the "detoxification, blood circulation, blood stasis and evil" for the big method. According to stasis poison parts and properties, summarized as "stasis poison on shangjiao,is phlegm wet poison evil" "stasis poison in zhongjiao,is damp turbidity poison evil","stasis poison under xiajiao,is water stasis poison evil","qi stagnation and blood stasis, when the gasification of blood stasis","stasis poison with heat evil,is stasis heat poison evil","stasis poison with cold evil,is cold stasis poison evil","qi deficiency and blood stasis, when tonifying qi and promoting blood circulation", so diabetes renal failure of stasis poison should be flexible for cure, dialectical cause, cure. This is to summarize the experience of Professor NAN Zheng in the treatment of "stasis poison" of diabetes renal failure with stasis poison for reference. |
