基于微生态失衡的子宫内膜异位症致病机制及中药干预治疗研究进展

摘要:

子宫内膜异位症是一种严重影响女性健康和生活质量的常见难治性疾病，其病变广泛、形态多样、极具侵袭性和复发性，且发病率呈逐年上升趋势。子宫内膜异位症的发病机制复杂尚不明确，近年研究发现，患者病患部位的微生态发生明显改变，微生态失衡可能是子宫内膜异位症发生发展的重要原因。本文重点综述了微生态失衡在子宫内膜异位症发生发展中的作用及中药干预治疗情况，旨在更加深入探究子宫内膜异位症的发病机制与临床诊疗对策，以期为临床诊疗提供新的策略。

Abstract:

With the increasing incidence，endometriosis is becoming a prevalent and challenging disease that profoundly poses a threat to women's health and overall well-being. It is characterized by extensive，diverse，invasive，and recurrent pathology. The pathogenesis of endometriosis is complicated and unclear. Recent research has unveiled significant changes of the microbiota composition in nidus location of endometriosis patient，which suggests the imbalanced microecological environment may be an important reason for the occurrence and development of endometriosis. This article focuses on investigating the role of microecological imbalances in the development of endometriosis and the intervention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine，conducing to explore its pathogenesis and clinical diagnosis and treatment countermeasures，in order to proposal of new diagnosis and treatment strategies.
