三七总皂苷生物利用度提升制剂新技术研究进展

摘要:
三七皂苷是从三七根中提取的达玛烷型三萜皂苷,具有多种药理活性和药用价值,已作为天然药物使用多年。然而,三七总皂苷的治疗潜力在很大程度上受到其低生物利用度的限制,这主要是由于其极性大、膜渗透性差、在胃肠道不稳定以及体内代谢广泛。文章就三七总皂苷的药理作用、吸收及代谢特征、影响其生物利用度的关键因素、提高生物利用度的有效策略等方面进行综述,以期加深对三七总皂苷在临床治疗和预防疾病等不同领域的认识,设计出更有效的给药系统,以最大限度地发挥三七总皂苷的多功能治疗潜力。

Abstract:
Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) are dammarane-type triterpenoid saponins extracted from the root of panax notoginseng, which have been used as natural medicines for many years because of their diverse pharmacological activities and medicinal values. However,the therapeutic potential of PNS is largely limited by their low bioavailability,mainly due to their high polarity,poor membrane permeability,instability in the gastrointestinal tract,and extensive metabolism in the body. This article reviewed the pharmacological effects,absorption and metabolic characteristics of PNS,the key factors affecting their bioavailability,effective strategies to improve their bioavailability,in order to deepen the understanding of PNS in different areas such as clinical treatment and disease prevention,to design a more efficient drug delivery system and maximize the therapeutic potential of PNS.
