基于ISM模型的中医药应对公共卫生事件防治体系层级结构研究 |

摘要: |
[目的] 分析中医药应对公共卫生事件防治影响因素,探讨各影响因素之间的层级结构关系,构建中医药应对公共卫生事件防治解释结构模型(ISM),为建立中医药应对公共卫生事件防治体系提供参考依据。[方法] 2021年9月—2022年12月收集中医药应对公共卫生事件防治相关文献资料,通过文献分析、ISM小组成员讨论和专家访谈等方式确定14个影响因素,对各影响因素之间的关系进行两两比较,建立中医药应对公共卫生事件防治因素邻接矩阵,利用Matlab软件计算可达矩阵并进行层级结构分析,最终建立中医药应对公共卫生事件防治因ISM模型。[结果] 中医药应对公共卫生事件防治影响因素ISM模型呈6层阶梯结构,直接影响因素L1={S11}、核心影响因素L2={S9,S10,S13,S14}、L3={S8,S12}、L4={S6}、深层影响因素L5={S2,S3,S4,S5,S7}、L6={S1}。各层级间相互影响、层层递进,共同影响中医药应对公共卫生事件防治体系。[结论] 中医药应对公共卫生事件防治体系是一个较为复杂的系统,涉及政府机构、医疗和教育机构、社会民众等多维度共同协调配合。根据中医药应对公共卫生事件防治影响因素不同层级结构和路径特点健全中医药应对公共卫生事件防治体系,可以进一步完善中国应对公共卫生事件防控救治体系。 |

Study on hierarchical structure of traditional Chinese medicine response to public health events based on ISM model |

[Objective] To analyze the influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and control of public health events,and to probe into the hierarchical structure relationship among the influencing factors,and to construct an interpretative structural model (ISM) of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and control of public health events,and to provide reference basis for establishing the prevention and control system of traditional Chinese medicine in response to public health events. [Methods] From September 2021 to December 2022,to collect the literature about the prevention and control of public health events by traditional Chinese medicine,and to identify 14 influencing factors by literature analysis,ISM group discussion and experts interview. The relationship between the factors was compared in pairs,and the adjacency matrix of the factors of traditional Chinese medicine in response to public health events was established. The reachability matrix was calculated by Matlab software,and the hierarchical structure was analyzed. Finally,the ISM model of traditional Chinese medicine for prevention and control of public health events was established. [Results] The ISM model of influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine response to public health events is a six-level ladder structure,with the direct influence factor L1={S11},the core influence factor L2={S9,S10,S13,S14},L3={S8,S12},L4={S6},the deep influence factor L5={S2,S3,S4,S5,S7},L6={S1}. All levels interact with each other and progress layer by layer,jointly affecting the prevention and control system of traditional Chinese medicine in response to public health events. [Conclusion] The system of prevention and control of public health events by traditional Chinese medicine is a relatively complex system,involving multi-dimensional coordination and cooperation of government,medical and educational institutions,and the public. To perfect the prevention and control system of public health events by traditional Chinese medicine according to the different hierarchical structure and path characteristics of the influencing factors of the prevention and control of public health events by traditional Chinese medicine,can further improve our country to respond to public health events prevention and control system. |
