基于复杂网络分析针刺治疗痉挛性斜颈的选穴规律 |

摘要: |
[目的] 运用复杂网络技术分析针刺治疗痉挛性斜颈的选穴规律。[方法] 检索1990年1月1日—2022年10月31日中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WANGFANG DATA)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、EMbase及Web of Science收录的针刺治疗痉挛性斜颈相关文献。采用Excel 2019建立数据库,统计腧穴频次及频率、腧穴归经、腧穴分布部位情况,选用SPSS Modeler18.0软件建模进行关联规则分析;选用Gephi 0.9.2 软件进行复杂网络分析。[结果] 共纳入100 篇文献,包含123条针灸处方,涉及163个腧穴,腧穴总频数为1 291次。十四经穴使用最多,其次为经验效穴;风池、百会、合谷为针刺治疗痉挛性斜颈使用频数前3位的腧穴;督脉、足少阳胆经和足太阳膀胱经为使用频数前3位的经脉;所用腧穴多分布于头面颈项部。风池-阳陵泉、涌泉-劳宫、百会-印堂和水沟-劳宫-涌泉为针刺治疗痉挛性斜颈的高频穴对。[结论] 临床针刺治疗痉挛性斜颈疗法较为多样化,但多以局部取穴及医家经验为主,规范化操作及临床研究有待推广深入。 |

[Objective] To analyze the pattern of acupuncture point selection in the treatment of spasmodic torticollis using complex network technology. [Methods] Search for literature related to acupuncture for spasmodic torticollis from January 1,1990 to October 31,2022 in CNKI,WANFANG DATA,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,and Web of Science. Excel 2019 was used to build the database,and the frequency of acupuncture points,acupuncture point attribution,and acupuncture point distribution sites were counted,and SPSS Modeler 18.0 was selected for association rule analysis;Gephi 0.9.2 software was selected for complex network analysis. [Results] A total of 100 papers containing 123 acupuncture prescriptions involving 163 acupoints were included,and the total frequency of acupoints was 1 291. The fourteen meridian points were used most frequently,followed by empirically effective points;Fengchi(GB20),Baihui(GV20),and Hegu(LI4) were the top 3 acupoints used in acupuncture for spasmodic torticollis;the DU Meridian,the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang,and the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang were the top 3 meridians used;the acupoints used were mostly distributed on the head,face,and neck. Fengchi(GB20) - Yanglingquan(GB34),Yongquan(KI1) - Laogong(PC8),Baihui(GV20) - Yintang(GV29),and Shuigou(GV26) - Laogong(PC8) - Yongquan(KI1) were the high - frequency acupoint pairs for acupuncture treatment of spasmodic torticollis. [Conclusion] The clinical acupuncture treatment for spasmodic torticollis is more diversified,but most of them are based on local acupuncture points and doctors’ experience,and the standardized operation and clinical research need to be promoted and deepened. |
