浅析三焦辨证在论治肝癌中的应用

摘要:

三焦辨证为吴鞠通博采众家之长，以三焦为总纲，融合六经之辨，形成横纵联合的立体辨证体系。肝居少阳主枢，推动三焦气机之流转运行，内寄相火，游行三焦，命门相火随肝木生发，上济君火，君火明于上，随胆木摄纳于肾，化为元阳，温煦诸脏，推动全身气化，化生气、血、精、津、液，濡养周身。肝癌者，湿热、痰浊、瘀毒结聚于内，壅塞三焦，枢机不利，气化失常；另一方面，脏腑失养，肝脾肾虚损，三焦气化乏源。三焦气化失司，输转不利，进一步加重癌邪内侵，毒遏络阻，邪聚三焦，布散诸脏。“六腑以通为用”，故以分消三焦稽留之湿、热、痰、瘀、毒，给邪以出路，以畅达少阳枢机；补益脏腑虚损，阳气足阴血充，三焦气化有源。通补相合，三焦枢机得展，气化得复，则气血津液运行有常，濡养五脏六腑，以复生机。

Abstract:

The San-jiao syndrome differentiation is WU Jutong’s extensive use of the merits of many others，and WU Jutong takes the San-jiao as the general outline and integrates the six meridians differentiation to form a three-dimensional system of horizontal and vertical joint diagnosis. The liver lives in the main center of Shaoyang，promotes the transformation of the San-jiao qi，sends the minister fire inside，marching the San-jiao，the minister fire is born with the liver，and upwardly raises the monarch fire. The monarch fire is bright in the upper part，and then takes in the kidneys along with the gallbladder，which is transformed into the yuan yang and warms up all the viscera to promote the gasification of the whole body，transforming into qi，blood，essence，fluids and liquids，and nourishing the whole body. In patients with liver cancer，dampness，heat，sputum，stasis and toxin are gathered in the body，congesting the San-jiao，which is unfavorable to the pivot mechanism，and the qi movement is out of order；on the other hand，the internal organs are decaying，and the liver，spleen and kidneys are deficient，and there is a lack of source for the qi. When the San-jiao is out of order，and the transportation is unfavorable，it further aggravates the internal invasion of cancer，with the poison curbing and the collaterals blocking，and the evil gathering in the San-jiao and dispersing to the organs. The six viscera are used in the form of “pass”，therefore，it can eliminate the dampness，heat，sputum，blood stasis and toxicity retained in the San-jiao. To give the evil a way out，so that the Shaoyang pivot can be unimpeded. It can make up for the deficiency of viscera and organs，so that the yang qi is sufficient for yin and blood to be filled up，and the San-jiao qi has a source. Through the complementary combination，the San-jiao pivots to show gasification to restore，the qi，blood and fluid running normally，nourishing the body，in order to restore vitality.
