| 通过分析“筋骨并重”理论，探讨鸢尾素在膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）中的作用机制。鸢尾素作为肌肉分泌因子，具有促进软骨细胞增殖和抑制肌肉退化的作用，对治疗KOA有巨大潜力。讨论鸢尾素对肌骨代谢的调节机制从而探讨鸢尾素与“筋骨并重”理论的相关性，研究其在KOA治疗中的潜在应用，为该理论提供西医支持，以支持和拓展“筋骨并重”理念的应用，为改善KOA提供新的治疗途径。 |

| This study aims to explore the mechanism of action of irisin in knee osteoarthritis （ＫＯＡ）by analyzing the “muscle-bone balance” theory. Irisin，as a muscle-secreted factor，has the potential to promote chondrocyte proliferation and inhibit muscle degeneration，demonstrating significant potential for arthritis treatment. This paper discusses the regulatory mechanisms of irisin on muscle-bone metabolism，thereby investigating the relevance of irisin to the “muscle-bone balance” theory and exploring its potential application in the treatment of KOA. The study aims to provide modern medical support for this theory，supporting and expanding the application of the “muscle-bone balance” concept，and offering new therapeutic approaches to improve KOA management. |
