中药治疗功能性便秘潜在机制研究进展

摘要:

功能性便秘是慢性便秘中最常见的类型，属于慢性功能性肠道疾病，具有反复发作，迁延难愈的特点。虽然，短期便秘不会危及生命，但是便秘引起的胃肠道不适严重影响患者的生活质量，且长期便秘可能增加结直肠肿瘤发生率。中药在增强胃肠动力，调节肠道蠕动节律等方面具有多成分、多靶点综合调节的明显优势。文章主要总结近年来中药在治疗功能性便秘中的应用和机制研究进展，为进一步研究中药治疗功能性便秘的药效和机制提供参考。

Abstract:

Functional constipation is the most common type of chronic constipation，which belongs to chronic functional intestinal diseases，characterized by recurrent episodes and difficult to be cured. Although short-term constipation is not life-threatening，gastrointestinal discomfort caused by constipation seriously affects patients’ quality of life，and long-term constipation may increase the incidence of colorectal tumors. Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in enhancing gastrointestinal motility and regulating intestinal peristalsis rhythm. This article summarizes the research progress of the application and mechanism research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional constipation in recent years，provides reference for further research on the efficacy and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional constipation.
