“金水相生”视域下《金匮要略》中肺系疾病的辨治思路研究

摘要:

《素问·咳论》中有云：“五脏六腑皆令人咳，非独肺也。”肺系疾病的发生与诸脏关系密切，虽调理诸脏可论治肺疾，然逐本溯源，肾为一身元阴元阳之根本，肺肾在五行中属金水相生，少阴肾水可滋阳明燥金，补子可令母实，补母亦可助子，两者互资互化，相得益彰。故而肺肾之间的关系不容小觑。《金匮要略》中从金水相生角度来论治肺系疾病虽仅有几个方证，却发挥着举足轻重的作用，其辨治思路为后世医家命门学说的形成奠定了基础，也为现今的临床诊疗予以启迪。现将《金匮要略》中从金水相生角度辨治肺系疾病之思路整合如下，以期裨益于临床肺系疾病的治疗。

Abstract:

Cough Theory of Plain Question said：“All five internal organs are coughing,not only lungs.” Lung disease is closely related to other organs. However,lung disease can be treated by regulating other organs. Fundamentally,the kidney is the essence of kidney yin and kidney yang. The lung and kidney in the five elements belong to a mutual generation between metal and water. Shaoyin kidney water can nourish yangming dry gold. Complementing the son can make the mother solid,and complementing the mother can also help the son,both of them are mutually beneficial and complement each other. So the relationship between the lung and kidney can’t be ignored. In Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,although there are only a few formulas for treating lung diseases from the perspective of mutual generation between metal and water,they play a pivotal role. The ideas of treatment laid the foundation for the formation of the theory of the gate of life in later generations of doctors and also inspired the clinical treatment nowadays. The ideas of treating lung diseases from the perspective of mutual generation between metal and water in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber are summarized as follows,to benefit the treatment of lung diseases in clinical practice.
