| 文章介绍孙申田教授针灸治疗多系统萎缩临床经验。孙教授认为多系统萎缩病位在脑，治疗应标本兼治。脑病为本，选用头针调神，根据运动障碍不同分型，选择头穴区针刺治疗。伴随症状为标，整体考量，经络辨证配穴。经颅重复针刺手法增强疗效，为临床治疗多系统萎缩提供新的治疗思路。 |

| This article introduce Professor SUN Shentian’s clinical experience in acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of multiple system atrophy. Professor SUN believes that the disease of multiple system atrophy is located in the brain，and the treatment should address both the symptoms and the root cause. The brain disease is the root cause，so we should choose scalp acupuncture to regulate the mind，and according to different types of movement disorders，acupuncture at the head acupoint area was selected for treatment. The accompanying symptoms are the symptoms，and we should consider the overall situation and match the acupoints based on meridian differentiation. Repeated transcranial acupuncture can enhance the efficacy. This provides a new treatment idea for clinical treatment of multiple system atrophy. |
