摘要:

循证医学历经30多年的发展取得了突出成效，深刻影响全球医药学发展的方方面面。循证医学强调临床相关决策要基于当前可得最佳证据，强调对证据的评价运用，推动了高质量证据生产与转化系列方法学的进步，对中医药临床疗效评价与国际接轨产生了良好推动作用。中医药循证评价研究不仅要遵循国际通行规则，还要符合中医药自身特点和需求。对中医药证据生产转化涉及的几个底层方法学问题，包括临床价值定位、科学测量、公平比较和高效转化等方面进行了探讨，供同道参考。

Abstract:

Over the past three decades，evidence-based medicine（EBM） has achieved remarkable success and influenced various aspects of global medical development. EBM emphasizes that clinical decision-making should be grounded in the best available evidence and underscores the importance of assessing evidence quality. It promoted advancements in methodologies for producing and translating high-quality evidence. This has facilitated the alignment of clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） with international standards. Research on evidence-based evaluation of TCM should not only adhere to internationally accepted principles but also align with the unique characteristics and needs of TCM. This paper delves into several fundamental methodological issues related to the production and translation of TCM evidence，including clinical value assessment，scientific measurement，fair comparison，and efficient translation.
