| 总结张志远教授辨证治疗隐匿性肾小球肾炎的经验。认为该病的形成多由湿热为患，初起湿热在气，则形成蛋白尿；湿热不解，日久内扰血分，伤及脉络，则形成血尿。将该病分为湿热下注、瘀血阻络、脾肾亏虚3种证型，治疗分别以通便利湿、化瘀活血、补肾健脾为主，临证疗效好。 |

| Abstract: |
| To summarize Professor ZHANG Zhiyuan’s experience in treating hidden glomerulonephritis based on syndrome differentiation. It is believed that the formation of this disease is mostly caused by damp heat，and proteinuria is formed when damp heat is in qi at first. Damp-heat is indissoluble，and hematuria will be formed if the blood is disturbed for a long time and the vein is injured. The disease is divided into three types：the downward flow of damp heat，obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis，and spleen and kidney deficiency. The treatments are mainly to promote dampness，remove blood stasis promote blood circulation，and invigorate the kidney and spleen，with good clinical effect. |
