《伤寒论》“胃生津复”思想探析

摘要:

《伤寒论》以六经辨证为主，以条文形式展现理法方药之医理，其书在论治中尤其重视胃气与津液盛衰与否。然《伤寒论》虽重视“护胃气、存津液”治疗思想，但通过梳理伤寒论重点条文，崇经宗典，察胃气所伤之起，明津液所病之在，明晰了“护胃气、存津液”并非独立所在，胃气与津液同音共律，关系实为“胃生津复”。胃气伤，津液难化生；胃气受阻，津液周转被困。祸由之端，重在胃气。胃气何生，养护胃气可生，畅通胃气可运；津液何复，扶胃气津液化生有源，畅胃气津液输布复常。

Abstract:

The Treatise on febrile disease is mainly based on the syndrome differentiation of six meridians，and it shows the medical theory of the method and prescription of medicine in the form of articles，and it always emphasizes on whether the stomach qi and fluid are in full bloom or not in treatments. Although the Treatise on febrile disease attaches importance to the therapeutic idea of “protecting stomach qi and preserving fluids”，this paper，through combing the key provisions of the Treatise on febrile disease and advocating the classics，examines the beginning of the injury to stomach qi，and identifies the root cause of the illness in fluids，which makes it clear that “protecting stomach qi and preserving fluids” is not independent. Stomach qi and fluid have the same sound and rhythm，and the relationship between the two is “the stomach generates and the fluid recovers”. When stomach qi is injured，it is difficult to generate fluid；when stomach qi is blocked，fluid circulation is blocked. It is the stomach qi that is the cause of the phenomenon. When the stomach qi is generated，maintain the stomach qi to generate，and smooth the stomach qi to transport；when the fluid is restored，help the stomach qi and fluid to have a source to generate，and smooth the stomach qi and fluid to transmit and restore normal.
