中医舌象客观化技术的可视化分析

摘要:

[目的] 利用可视化分析软件VOSviewer及R软件，分析舌诊客观化研究领域的已发表文献现状。[方法] 以舌诊客观化为研究主题，分别检索中国知网（CNKI），万方数据网（Wanfang Database），中国生物医学文献数据库（SinoMed），PubMed，EMbase，Web of Science数据库，检索时间自建库至2021年12月31日。利用VOSviewer和R软件对作者及机构合作网络、关键词等进行可视化图谱分析。[结果] 共纳入中文文献1 428篇、英文文献569篇。分析显示中英文发文量均呈波动上升趋势，形成了数个以国内为主、国内与国际合作为辅的稳定研究团队，但研究团队跨区域交流合作较少。在国内发文的研究团队主要为中医药大学及其附属医院以及部分工科类大学，舌象检测及分析与中医基础理论和临床应用结合较为密切；在国际上发文较多的研究团队多为工科大学或综合类大学，研究热点集中在计算机及人工智能技术对舌象参数的处理与分析。[结论] 采用知识图谱的研究方法，直观展现了舌象客观化的研究概况，为舌象客观化研究提供重要参考。

Abstract:

[Objective] To analyze the current research status in the field of tongue diagnosis objectivization using visual analysis software VOSviewer and R software. [Methods] With tongue diagnosis objectivization as the research topic，this research searched such databases as China Knowledge Network（CNKI），WanFang Database，China Biomedical Literature Database（SinoMed），PubMed，Embase，and Web of Science，covering the period from the start of each database to December 31，2021. Visual mapping analysis of author and institutional collaboration networks，keywords，etc. was performed using VOSviewer and R software. [Results] A total of 1 428 Chinese literature and 569 English literature were included，and the number of published papers showed a fluctuating upward trend. Several mature research teams have been formed：while most of them are domestic，a few other teams feature national and international cooperation，but there are a limited number of cross-regional exchanges and cooperation. Domestic research teams are mainly established in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） universities and their affiliated hospitals as well as some engineering universities with a focus on tongue detection and analysis and the combination of TCM fundamental theories and clinical application. On the other hand，international teams，whose research concentrates mainly on the processing and analysis of tongue image parameters by computer and artificial intelligence technology，are mostly engineering universities or comprehensive universities. [Conclusion] This study adopts the research method of knowledge mapping to visualize the research overview of tongue objectification，which provides a reference for the research direction of tongue objectification.
